groceries, and buy fresh produce from the comfort of your home. Additionally, our custom
delivery service, 'Errands,' allows you to send or receive items and purchase anything
in your city, providing a convenient solution for all your delivery needs.
Is Wajeez available in my city?
To verify if our delivery service is available in your location, ensure that the GPS on
your phone is activated.
How do I order food or groceries from the app?
To order, follow these simple steps:
- Use the search bar at the top to enter the name of the item you're interested in or the name of the store you’re looking for.
- Browse the items you want and add them to your basket.
- Check your basket and confirm your order.
- Leave a note for the store or your courier, if necessary.
- Apply any available promo codes to receive discounts on your order.
- Place your order and track its progress.
- Once your order has been received, the delivery person will call you to confirm the delivery address.
- Enjoy your meal and don’t forget to leave a review.
What is Wajeez Gold, and what are its benefits?
Wajeez Gold
is a subscription service that gives you access to plenty of exclusive
offers. With a monthly subscription, you will enjoy 5% cashback on all your food orders,
double up on loyalty points for quicker rewards, and unlock the Errands service, which
allows you to seamlessly send, receive, and purchase anything in your city.
What can I use Errands for?
Errands is our custom delivery service designed to cater to our users’ needs beyond food
and groceries.
To use 'Errands', simply follow these steps:
- Place an order: Whether it's sending or receiving items or buying anything in your city, initiate your request with clear instructions.
- Courier assignment: Once your order is placed, a courier will be assigned to efficiently run your errand.
How do I subscribe to Wajeez Gold?
To become a Gold member and enjoy all the exclusive advantages, simply navigate to your
profile in the Wajeez app, find the Wajeez Gold screen, and click on the “Start free
trial now” button. During your trial, relish all the Gold perks on offer. Once the trial
concludes, effortlessly renew your subscription by choosing your preferred payment
method—be it through your loyalty points or in-app wallet balance—and voila! Enjoy the
Gold experience.
Why did my order get rejected?
Your order may have been declined due to one of the following reasons:
- The items you ordered are currently out of stock. In this case, the store will furnish an explanation for the rejection.
- The store you selected is located outside your designated delivery zone.
Why does the delivery fee vary from one store to another?
The delivery charge is calculated according to the distance between the restaurant and
your delivery destination. To view the correct fee on the restaurant's profile, ensure
that you activate your GPS and accurately select your location.
How can I pay for the delivery?
Pay in cash, or use the in-app wallet if it has enough balance.
At what specific time is it possible to place an order on Wajeez?
Our delivery service is available every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
How do I activate my promo code?
Once you get hold of a promo code, save it in the discounts tab and redeem it in your
next order. You may as well apply the code immediately before placing your order.
Can I place an order through the website?
Our delivery service is exclusively accessible through the mobile app, which is
accessible on both Android and iOS platforms. Should you face any difficulties
downloading the app, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service for
assistance.
My order is delayed; what should I do?
The delivery time for each order may vary depending on your location and the busyness of
the restaurant or store. You can track your order by accessing the "My orders" tab after
placing it.
Please note that certain dishes require more preparation time than others and that the
cooking time is not included in the delivery duration.
If you believe that your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please
contact our customer service team for further assistance.
I want to modify/cancel my order; what should I do?
Our customer service team will be available to help you in case you need to add/remove
items from your order or if you want to cancel it completely.
What is a Wallet? How can I use it?
The wallet serves as a storage space for the cash that you've earned through our
cashback feature, which returns a percentage of the money spent on order delivery. This
accumulated cash can be utilized as a discount on your next order.
What can I do with the points I receive after every order?
By accessing the My Points tab located in the profile section, you have the option to
exchange your accumulated points for any of the rewards available in our loyalty
program.
Can I send my order to a different address than my location?
Absolutely, you have the option to add multiple locations in your town. To do this, go
to the "My Addresses" tab in your settings, then click on "Add a new address". Confirm
your location on the map, provide additional details, and save your address.
When you're ready to place an order, switch your address to the desired location and
explore the various stores available in the area.
Is it possible to change my account number while keeping all of my points and wallet balance?
Yes, you can change the phone number associated with your Wajeez account. Go to your
profile, tap the pen icon next to your current phone number, and enter the new one. A
verification code will be sent to you. After verifying the number, confirm the transfer.
Your points, wallet balance, and orders’ history will be saved and available at the new
phone number.
What type of vehicles do couriers use for delivery? How big can my orders be?
Our couriers use motorcycles so they can carry whatever you want, as long as it’s under
8 kg in weight and fits in a box sized 40x40x50 cm. Wajeez is happy to transport
anything you need bearing these dimensions in mind.
